Who is A.R.Shane hardscapes? Its simple. Its me Austin Shane. I'm the owner, foreman, laborer, designer. Whatever the business requires  me to be that day. You see we are a small business, very small actually when compared to most of our fellow contractors. While this could be viewed as a disadvantage, it should be viewed as an advantage for you the customer. Being this small allows us to have a personal connection with our customers. When you call us, you talk to me first. First consultation you meet me. Design done by me. Installation done by me. See a theme? When it comes to the design we can go in either direction, whether its a classic red brick herringbone walkway with lots of curves to a modern large slab paver patio with straight clean lines or anywhere in between. I also try to include elements that make the design unique to you and your home. With the design done its on to the part I'm most passionate about - the install. We combined old world craftsmanship with modern install technics and products. The old world craftsmanship comes in with the attention to details I take when constructing. The install techniques we use range from free draining base to keep the winter freeze from wrecking your new hardscape to using geo synthetic base panels which help limit the disturbance to your existing landscape. Now while my passion is for hardscaping we also offer other landscape services including spring clean ups, mulching, grading, drainage, stone parking pads, tree removal, light land clearing, brush clearing, micro and light excavating.
